Check-in Policy: The primary registrant in every unit at Origin MUST BE at least 21 years old and MUST stay in the unit. ALL OTHER guests in the unit must be at least 18. The person whose name is on the reservation MUST be present at check in! All guests must have a valid picture ID (government issued; i.e., drivers license, passport).
Security Deposit: $500 security deposit (cash or credit card), no exceptions, military and married couples included, due at check-in. $450 of that deposit will be refundable at checkout. There will be ZERO tolerance for damage, theft, or abuse of the property.
Departure Cleaning FeeThe following cleaning fees will be paid to the resort: Studio/Efficiency - $50; 1 Bedroom - $75; 2 Bedroom - $100.
NO REFUND FOR EARLY CHECK OUT!
Registration Fee There is a $25 non refundable registration fee due upon check in.
The maximum number of people allowed in our Studio, Studio Plus, and One Bedroom Units is 5 (5th guest will need to bring own bedding or purchase an air mattress at check in). There are no exceptions. Two Bedroom units sleep a maximum of 7, unless specifically reserved for 8 in advance (7th and 8th guest in room will need to bring own bedding or purchase an air mattress at check in). Air mattresses will be provided maximum one per room (limit of 2 mattresses for 2 bedroom condo units) upon request for $45/week/mattress, payable at check in. Extra bedding must be brought by guests.
One parking pass per room. Property requires wristbands to be worn.
Check in is 4 pm (CST). Saturday check outs are at 8 am (CST),
The possession of illegal drugs, fireworks, or contraband of any kind will not be tolerated. Kegs and funnels are also not permitted. Bring pool and/or beach towels.
Changes to the reservation may result in additional charges. All modifications to a reservation are subject to the prevailing availability and hotel restrictions, including minimum night stay requirements.
